Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Domocile
If a child was adopted by some one who stays in different state (A) for last 40 years but dont have property on their name . How can we get the domocile of the child. The real parents have their own property but lets suppose in (B).Can the child elligible for domocile of state B.

In such case domicile of the adopted child shall be governed by the domicile of adopted parents.
