duplicate domicile certificate
how should i apply for my dads duplicate domicile certificate. deos any one know the exact step by step procedure for that. i just have my original domicile cert. & xerox of the original domicile certficate of my dad which got missed placed while we were shifting. will just a affidavit enough for this matter or i need to follow all the procedure once again. plz help.
