Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
i had earlier asked a qoestion that i want to cover up my balcony that is i want to take it inside the hall & the bedroom, and i have received an answer that the society can take objection, i would like to know, on what basisi can the society take objections also what are the paper work or permissions from my side that i should take

you not only need permission from the society but also from the corporation for amendment in the sanction plan
