Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

Employment Contract

I have a contract with company which specifies about the Bonus under a scheme (Refered in contract but not annexed to contract) where in I am eligible for an amount for 2005. I have been paid for 2006 but they are not paying for 2005 giving an excuse of the persons Resignation who had initially signed the contract with me.

Can they deny me my contractual Bonus ? what action I should take ?
