What is execution of registered giftdeed

is it mandatory to to sign both donar and donee must sign on giftdeed documents in front of registror. what is the status of unconditional giftdeed if donee signature is not there in giftdeed but it was registered with donor and 2 witnesses signatures.

What is the procedure that the donee to get that property muted on to his name after some days, wheather he has to made acceptance signature on the registered document in front of registror and donee again or he can directly apply for pattadar passbook or he nead any clearence from donee .
