Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
My father has not appointed an executor in his last will ,the custody of which he gave me and which i have produced in Delhi High Court At New Delhi upon the will having been challenged by one of my brothers who stands alienated. My question is:
Am i deemed to to be universal legatee in the absence of an executor and can I apply for a letter of administrstion after proving the will in High Court
