My father give his accets to my brothers by a will.could i claim it as i am the daughter of my father.

No. Will depends on 'will' of the donor and unless he wish (will) to give you, you dont have any right

Since testamentary (will) arrests future successions, so you could not claim any divisions in respect to said assets, okay !
