Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
father in law passed away leaving a will. the will states that his property must beenjoyed by his grand children though he has 4 daughters and three sons. the property is in pondicherry and my fatherinlaw and his whole membersare french national including my wife.can my wife fight for his share from his father property legally. please advice me what to do
