Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
My father left a will dt 14 Jan 1992 and died on 28 June 1992.I am one of the beneficiaries besides two other brothers. My one brother and a sister were alienated with reasons given in the will. The will in question stands contested in Delhi High Court since 31Jan 1993,ie before I could think of applying for probate. My questions are:
a will the outcome of judicial proceedings be deemed as will having been probated?
b. Is there a time frame specified under indian law to probate the will?

Outcome will only mean that the Will is genuine. Refer the appropriate law for time frame.
