Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
my father made a will which was not registered and after he expired one witnesshas expired and other is
ABROAD.IT HAS BEEN CHALLENGED BY my brother vwhen i asked for probate.how can i prove my case? My brother who has challanged the will also expired.the heirs of him are now admitted.

Dear Sir,
Now the rules are mandatory that you have to need the probate in order to substantiate the will, and to mutate any property.
