Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

My Father Mr Ahmed has 3 daughters and 1 son. My Brother Mr Syed was asked to move away from my dad's family by my parents. Mr Ahmed, decided to gift his property (an independent house), to two of his daughters. I and my younger sister was given one part each of the house. It was a gift registry. This registry was done in the year 1995.
Now, after 15 years, my father, Mr Ahmed went to the registration office and re registered that house to my brother, Mr Syed.
Currently, My dad stays in that house, alone.
What does the law say about this.? Who does this house belong to?

Was it a revocable gift deed ? Were the gift deed was complete by the persons to the gift ? Please clarify.
