Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Hi, if father wrote an unequal will on his two sons and it's an ancestral property, is that will is still valid? Or any of the son can challenge that will by saying it's not a legitimate will?

In the first place ,the father cannot will the ancestral property . He could only will his share in the ancestral property.
