Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
we are fighting a civil court case and we have given power of attorney to the lawyer,now he told me that our"case is on order",but on the date of hearing our case is not on the notice board and reader haven't received our case file,what we can do now,and how we can know next date of hearing
