Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

i want to file an application under sec 9A(jurisdiction) of cpc.but what abt written statement(90 days period)?

notice given me by court abt "why should not made a party?" upon that i submitted my say after that court passed an order of amendement(add me as a party) and give me the right of filing say BUT I want to file an application under sec 9A(jurisdiction) of cpc.but what abt written statement(90 days period)?

please give me some idea

you can file a written statement and in that you may take the jurisdiction as a preliminary objection and ask the court to decide the point of jurisdiction first, before going ahead with the case.
