Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
I had filed a case against the builder and the bank(ICICI Bank) in the state consumer forum of Tamilnadu for having withholding the possession of the flat in 2008 which i had purchased in the year 2006 and till date the bank was called absent and the builder had not filed the version and hence it is posted for arguments and probably there might be an ex parte order. Now, after a span of 3years the bank approached me and requesting me for an out of the court negotiation they had also assured me of looking into my compensation, i seek your guidance whether to go for discussion or wait for the court order, please advice?
