Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
One has filed a money suit against me for recovery of debt taken on 13 years back. I have signed in an empty promissory note 13 years back, now he filled the empty note with last years date, The court sent summons to me. So in this case can I prove through scientific technology that the signature was put 13 years back?

Yes, you may do that; however, if you signed the blank note, the payee may validly fill up a future date.
