Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
i filed a suit for money recovery under ORDER VII, RULE 1 AND 2, where the defendant issued me two promissory note and one non-judicial stamp paper for his debt. kindly help me it is matainable under the law of C P C by way of money recovery suit or 13 8 of N I Act,

i think you are talking about suit u/o 37 of cpc....its maintainable as it is based upon promissory note and cheque.
