Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
I filed WP on land matter. Court issued interim orders. As the orders not executed I file CC. For CC the respondent answered for the query and requested court to with draw CC. Court dismissed my CC. Now for my case still WP IS PENDING.In WP am I entitled to file Reply to the respondent answer

in case your writ was pending on the same issue, was there any need to file a complaint case on the same issue? however, without going through the documents, it is not feasible to answer.
