Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
In a flat under dispute and presently in the city civil court, one of the prayers is for appointment of the court receiver. What if any, is the fee payable to the receiver? On what basis is this fixed.
2. Will the court receiver vacate the flat presently occupied by a person who is not a legal heir and against whom no suit has been filed. or does it need a separate prayer for vacating the flat?
Can the court receiver recover all his dues on sale of the flat, through auction?
