Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Flat is in joint name of four family members .Now three members of the family wants to sell the flat,but one member is not ready to sell the flat.In the share certificate and sale deed his name is the first name.Kindly inform how we can solve this problems. Thanks

You have lot of remedies available under the law , You can buy out each other or file a partition suit or all three of you can sell your share to the buyer and the new buyer would deal with the 4th person.
