Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
A flat was purchased jiontly in the name of husband and wife on bank loan at bhubaneswar- the place of his service. After one year wife expired by an accident. After some days further married and left abroad for service purpose. As he will have to stay there for some years , now he wants to sell out the flat so that he can purchase another in a convenient place. Bank loan has been cleared. Will please advice, Is there any legal bar to sell the flat? What to do ?
