Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
A fraud case was registered against my son with the help of police, now it was forwarded to court with IPC 323,504 and 427.The bail is Taken,Wadi is not appearing in the court same ipc is also registered against them.There is 100 % chance of compromise with both party.
Please kindly advise, will it affect to son's getting govt. job.

in case there is a compromise and case is compounded, there may not be any problem with the government job.
