Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
free question,
I ve a joint property with my 3 brothers and one sister,left by my dead father. it is consist of five small flats ,Im occupying one for residential purpose. the property is in joint names ,my brothers wantto give me a smaller share of it ,if I want the property in our own names. As im poor ,I want equal share,How can I get it. I donot ve money to go the courts,plz help
