Dear Sir / Madam,

Please lodge a simple complaint with the Gogha Circle Police Station in Bhavnagar and the Police Constable on duty will summon your friend to the Police Station for questioning and ascertaining from him / her by what date is your friend in a position to return back monies he / she borrowed from you. Let the law take its course. I think the matter will be settled within a week.

Considering the fact he has produced a fake receipt, in this case you have remedy to approach your police station with the copy and file a complaint.

let the police proceed according to law, if it doesn't then post in the forum for further guidance.
