Can any one furnish me the supreme court decision details on the liability of guarantor when borrower only acknowledges debt

Dear Sir / Madam,
The lender has recourse to the Guarantor(s) in the event the Borrower acknowledges debt, but fails to repay it.
The liability of the Guarantor largely depends on the terms and conditions stated in the Loan Agreement.
