General power of attorney
if any GPA given to Two persons to sell the proerty if only one of the GPA Holder sell the Property, what is the entity of the document?

Depending upon wording of the GPA document, the transaction may be valid.

You have to read the GPA craefully whether there are any different clauses in both the documents.
