Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

Please give any advice

my grand father has One sun,and two daughters he is still alive.His

elder daughter's marriage was held in 1977.He given 4 acrs of his self aquired land to his elder Daughter as surity for doury Rs 30000 in 1993, At that time she made a promise that s he will return his land when he gives her money . my Grand father made a register giftdeed to her as gift with love and affection.He don't know about conditional giftdeed And He trusted his daughter .After 4 years He had given 30000 to her but she refused to give his land back.But he didint given possition to her. Please give any advice to get back his property.We have one witness to tell actual truth who is eye witness in that register giftdeed

If the ownership rights are with your grandfather you may file an civil suit for permanent injunction.

Though usually gift deed is not revokable, yet in view of the peculiar facts of this case, he may consider filing a case in the local civil courts for approrpriate relief.
