I am a govt servant purchases a property in bihar im my name that time my younger bother was under 18 now he is 48 years old so now can he claim on my property which is totally purchased by me from my hard money

as it is a self acquired property, your brother has no claim over it. however, you need to prove the same in court of law in case he disputes your ownership.
