Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
my grand father bought some property and it is in the name of my grandmother, my father serve to my grandmother as all other brother of my father dosent provide food or shelter to my grand mother, so my grand mother gave two property to my father and my uncle lodged a case against my grandmother and father? according to law who is going to win this case?

Your Grand Mother and your father are going to win for sure. You have not asked the reason why they are going to win so i am not going to tell you the reason.
