Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
my grand mother (mother's mother) had some property. She expired without making any will. On her demise, my mother & my maternal uncle have come to agreement to share the property. There is no dispute till now. Now, my mother gave some part of her share to my elder brother as gift without even intimating to others (my another brother & two sisters). My question is, whether this is acceptable according to law that giving a part of share to one child as gift without acceptance/signatures of other children ?

Yes as the property which has devolved upon your mother from her mother becomes self acquired for her and she can will/gift /sell to anyone and she does not need any permission from anyone.
