If she is property owner, she may.
She is the absolute owner of her property which is devolved from her parents. She can do whatever she wishes to do with that property......Please check Sanjay Kalra and Associates on the internet to know more about our law firm and the legal services we are rendering for our clients from all over the World.
Your grandmother acquired property for her parents. If she gifted to them; she has no right over it - unless she inherits the same, either by Will or by law of succession. If she inherits then she is entitled to - one needs to understand as to how she is inheriting, whether in full by Will or part by way of succession.
