Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
I have hard from my friend who is not lawyear that recently Supreme Court of India delivered a judgement that High Court should deliver judgement within six months from the date of conslusion of hearing. Is is true. If true please let me know.

its true but as the pendency is more and judges are less, it is not being implemented in letters and spirit.
