Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
hi my name is hari and im frm andhra pradesh india, my father got a land from his father whose no more, n my father wants to sell that land, we are two sons to our father we dont like him selling that, and we both are majors, do the buyer need even the sons approval and signature along with father's sign?? n if my father tries to sell it against our will, is there any chance to lodge a complaint against my father and buyer?? pls reply at the earliest thank you sir

you cant stop your father from selling the land unless you can prove that he is abnormal or the selling is by coercion or by some other immoral means
If the property is ancestral then you have a right and share in the same. Without your signatures your father cannot do anything and if he does so, then it can be set aside.
