Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Hello,
I had an interaction with an agent regarding a property. Everything was going fine but later some of the documents he provided were not convincing. I backed off. He is now asking me for 75000 Rs. as inconvenience charges. He is calling me daily. We have no written agreement. Can I take an action against the threats.
