Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Hello,
I have two questions regarding registration of documents pertaining to transfer of property.
1) Is it necessary to have the full signature on each document of a registered document and if so would only initials on all the pages amount to the document not being valid?
2) If initials are forged on the pages of a registered document what legal action can be taken?
