Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

hi,4 vendors have executed a sale deed in favour of one vendee and now 1(one) vendor does not want to sell because he has not got the consideratons,and now both the parties (vendee and the non agreeing vendor)are willing to cancel the said sale deed for only his portion of the deed,is it possible. the sale deed was executed thru a partition deed and none of the vendor of the other three vendors nor the vendee have any objection to cancel the 4th vendors sale deed.pls guide

Dear Sir,

You've told that executed a sale deed thro' by the four heirs to the purchaser, you should know that contract with out any parties consideration is voidable as per the contract act 1872 thro' by the options of parties to the sale, and mere sale shall not become absolute sale, hence this can be canelled at options of parties.
