Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Hi...can anyone clarify my doubt regarding the proceedure of civil matter.... I have submitted a chief affidavit to court and i gave notice to other council also.. Now the situation is the witness is not able to come to court on that date..At this stage can I replace a new witness by preparing another document of chief examination and submit to court .. pls answer me...
