Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

Hi,
I gave Rs50,000 as credit to one of my employer on the basis of he pays it Rs2,000 p.m. He had a written an agreement with me that he will work for atleast 4 years with my organisation and payback the money if he leaves in between. The situation has come like we have removed him as he is not regular to work and indicent behaviour. But now he is not paying my money back and threatening us that he never pays back the amount and do what ever I can. I want to proceed legally to punish him through the courts of India. Please suggest how to proceed further on this.
