hi,
I want succession certificate for Saving Accounts which was on my parents name, unfortunatley both of them is not alive.
Total amount in saving account in Rs. 427000.
Can u pls. tell me how much i have to pay in court as fees to get succession certificate.
In Delhi Court, East Delhi Karkardoma Court preet Vihar.

you may seek help of the lawyer and he would file a petition for succession. apart from the lawyer's fee, there is an approximate fee between 1% to 2% of the value to be paid as court fee.
