Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Hi,
My office building is undergoing redevelopment.I have a closed garage and have been doing my business of airconditioning here since last 27years. However though its not allowed for this kind of commercial use...I have done my business here since last 27years...i also have the share certificate in the society of the building and the shop establishment document since 1995.
The building is now undergoing redevelopment and the builder is giving me an office not a shop which I am asking for.
Also if he is unable to give me a shop where I can carry out my business for loast 27years,I need compensation in terms of the an additional house to the office he is offering. But he is not willing to do so.Hence I do not want to undergo redevelopoment since I am in loss..however all the members have agreed except me.
Pls suggest how to get a stay order asap?
