Hindu employee has nominated for his PF his major two children with out the name of his wife. Now he passed away. whether his wife can claim the amount; if yes, what is the recourse

nominee is only a care taker and if there are legal heirs and no will is made by the employee it will be divided as per Hindu Succession Act. Contact a local lawyer.
