Hindu Succession (amendment) act, 2005
Has the decision of Karnataika High Court in Sugula Bai -v- Gundappa A. Maradi reported in ILR 2007 Kar 4790 regarding right of daughters married prior to the said amendment to claim equal share has been over ruled by Apex court in any of its decision? Or else what are decision of Apex court on the said amendment?
