one house with 3 floor & having 3 brother & 1sister.Two brothers constructed their floors. One family is NRI & second is living in their floor of the property.Third family is not living & has not participated in construction.The ground floor is occupied by the daughter . How to distribute this property in 4 shares.The resident family is not interested in sale of property.How to share propert Tax & other social & legal liabilities.Quick & crystel clear answer is expected from law guru.
