housing loan

dear sir ,

i am belong from a poor family . one day a housing agent come and advise me to purchase a house on behalf of housing loan . so i hv apply for a housing loan for rs. 500000/- and give money rs./-50000.00@10% towards comission to bank manager through his agent . and now manager has allowed only 375000.00 loan and when i got to ask him about this than he say you can deposit rs.3.50 lakh and free from us .

sir, now i hv a great confusion beacause on bank behalf i borrow money from other persons . and now they ask me for payment . i hv no idea wht i hv to do .pls advise me that what i can do in this position .beacause i hv alreay pay amount to bank manager and his agent and they now cheat to me . pls help me in this matter .

consult lawyer of your area.Facts are incomplete However, you may approach Consumer Forum if you are of the openion taht there is deficiency in service provided by bank and/or its employees like agent/Manager etc.
