Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
My husband & myself purchased a flat in Mumbai with equal contribution and the said flat is in both names. He refuses to make a will. He has 2 daughters of his first marriage they are Parsi but born in America having American citizenship. Can they claim any share in moveable & immoveable property and to what extend. and how.

in case it is the self acquired property of you both, it can be bequeathed to any one and the claim of daughters arise only after the death of the couple, if the couple dies without making a will.
