Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

my husband has taken away all my things along with him and evacuated the house where we stayed on rent at delhi now i don't know he is whereabouts is it possible to get all my things back the all things have been given by my parents only please tell me the way out thank you.

you may ask the husband to return things. You have every right to ask things given to you by your husband or inlaws also in addition to one given by your parents. Choice is yours. If husband fails to give file a complaint under section 406
