Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
hi

now i want to apply for title on that. may i know wheather that registered documents are enough to accept that land or do i need my grand fathers signature or any statement required because i heard that gift is not valid without donar and donee signatures on it.May i know how can i procede wheather i have to wait for my grand father or can i apply for title. what happens if he rejects after comming back.
