Dear Sir / Madam,
You should mutually discuss, agree upon and compensate the neighbour for the building damage you have caused in his plot during demolition, in order to avoid the possibility of any obstacles or hurdles being posed to you during construction.
In my opinion, even the Lower Court or the Corporation of Coimbatore might order you to compensate and pay for the damages caused to your neighbour's building at the end of the case. So rather than wait for the Court order and delay your construction, it is advisable to resolve and settle your dispute mutually out of Court.

Regards,
The corporation cannot stop your construction. The dispute is with regard to the damage caused and it is between you and your neighbour and it is subjudice. So the corporation has nothing to do with it. If the corporation tries to stop you then you can approach the court for damages and compensation from the corporation.
