Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
I had given immovable land on lease on 04 th July, 2001 upto 31 st Oct., 2008.
As per the agreement lessee not performed on Sept. 2004 there was outstanding dues for 1 year lease rent Hence, I have taken possession of lease land by forceably in Sept. 2004.
Today Can I file suit for recovery of arrears of rent of lease land. ?
