Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

Hi, I am from India

I filed a money suit in district court fo Rs.1500000/- and paid a court fee of Rs. nearly Rs. 23000/-, and it is in final stage. I am expecting the judgment in my favor.

Now my questions are

1. If the defendant want to appeal on that, what will be the fee for him to be paid ?

2. In which court he has to appeal ?

3. Is my self (Plaintiff) and Witness (PW 2 and PW 3) has to cross examine again in the appellate court? what will be the procedure

Please answer my questions..

if any of the parties file an appeal, court fee be paid again to the high court or the appellate court. the cross examination of witnesses is only done if the appellate court finds it necessary.
